Create Detailed Booklets That Will Make Anyone Sit Down and Read

Booklets are an excellent way to showcase your products, services, or events in detail. With plenty of space to share your story, customers can leisurely flip through the pages and appreciate every detail. Laguna digital allows you to customize every aspect of your booklet, ensuring it truly reflects your brand.

Booklet Features & Specifications

  • Paper & Cardstock:
    • Use sturdy 10 pt. cardstock or 100 lb. paper for the cover.
    • For the inside pages, choose from 70 lb., 80 lb., 100 lb., or 10 pt. cardstock.
  • Page Count:
    • Booklets start with a minimum of 8 pages and can go up to 72 pages, including the 4 cover pages.
    • All pages are in increments of 4 (since each spread is 4 pages).
  • Size Options:
    Choose from five standard sizes:

    • 6” x 6”
    • 5.5” x 8.5”
    • 8.5” x 5.5”
    • 8.5” x 11”
    • 12” x 12”
  • If these sizes don’t meet your needs, you can opt for Custom Size:
    • Width: Between 4.5” and 12”
    • Height: Between 5.5” and 12”
  • The 5.5” x 8.5” size is a great option for trade shows or events as it’s compact and cost-effective.

How to Create Multipage Booklets

Designing a booklet can seem daunting, but we’ve made it easy. Follow these steps:

  1. Use Our Templates:
    Download a template to guide your booklet design, helping with trim, bleed, and borders.
  2. Need a Custom Size?
    If you need a size that’s not listed, contact us at customercare@lagunadigital .com for the correct template.
  3. Upload Your File:
    Once your design is ready, upload the press-ready file by 6 PM PT to ensure it’s printed the next business day.
  4. Customer Support:
    Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM PT, and weekends to assist you.

Custom Booklet Printing FAQs

  • What are the binding options for booklets?
    We use saddle stitching, where sheets are folded in half and stapled along the spine. This method is both professional and sturdy.
  • What’s the minimum and maximum page count?
    • Minimum: 8 pages (each spread = 4 pages)
    • Maximum: 56 inside pages for standard paper; 12 pages if using 10 pt. cardstock.
  • Can I print just one booklet for review?
    We require a minimum order of 100 booklets to proceed, but you can request a hard copy proof to check the print quality before committing to a larger order.
  • Can I order in bulk to save costs?
    Yes! Ordering in bulk lowers the cost per booklet, making it more affordable for you.
  • Do I need to supply fonts?
    If your file is in PDF format, you don’t need to supply fonts. If using another format, we may request font files for accurate printing.
  • Can I review my design before printing?
    Absolutely! After uploading your file, you can request a PDF proof for review. We will only proceed with printing after your approval.
  • How quickly can I receive my custom booklets?
    With Next Business Day service, place your order and upload files by 6 PM PT, and your booklets will be ready for pickup or shipment between 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM PT the next business day.
